Shipping Location

We ship from our facility in Wyoming, Michigan 49418 (USA).
All orders are shipped within the United States only.

Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $8 USD per order.
Express / Fast Shipping: flat rate of $20 USD per order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time Estimate

Standard Shipping: Typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch (subject to USPS service availability and destination).

Shipping Responsibility

Once the package is handed to USPS and a tracking number is generated, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you, the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs (if applicable), weather, or other external factors.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (research-use only), all sales are final.
We only accept returns or issue refunds in the event that the product arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item.
